In mainland China, we run a range of initiatives to recognise, support and empower women across the business.

During 2025, these initiatives expanded with the launch of several new programmes aimed at delivering more opportunities for personal and professional growth. One programme was created to recognise the outstanding contributions of Intertek women across a variety of service areas, while another offered a stream of activities to support personal image, health and growth – from styling workshops and wellness therapies to music sessions and craft experiences.

We also continued to provide access to our most popular ongoing programmes. This includes ‘Mom’s Station’ – private spaces designated for the exclusive use of working mothers. Now set up at 16 of our sites across mainland China, the stations offer a peaceful, comfortable place for working mothers – who may have little time to themselves – to rest and recharge.

At Intertek, we know that our people are our greatest asset. By running initiatives to make our business more equitable, inclusive and supportive, we are helping our colleagues to thrive at work and in their personal lives.
